01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 877 Win website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 02Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must meet all of the following eligibility requirements to hold a 877 Win account:

• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and bots are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited by local law.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee or director of 877 Win.

03Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 877 Win account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment details or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 877 Win will close all but the earliest registered account, void any bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the player at its discretion.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering and at all times during your use of 877 Win. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact number and any payment details you register. Providing false information — even partially — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 877 Win account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 877 Win support immediately via live chat or email. 877 Win will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable account security.

Account Verification (KYC)

877 Win may require you to complete identity verification at any point, including before processing your first withdrawal. Verification typically involves submitting a copy of a valid CNIC or passport. Accounts that fail to complete requested verification within 14 days may have withdrawal access suspended until documents are provided and reviewed.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

877 Win accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Deposits made via mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) credit to your 877 Win balance instantly. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to 60 minutes to credit depending on your bank's processing times.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension. 877 Win reserves the right to reverse and return any deposit received from an account that does not match your registered identity.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours and within 30 minutes at all other times. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. You may only withdraw to a payment account that is registered in your own name and that matches the details on your 877 Win account. 877 Win does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Limits

05Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first deposit at 877 Win are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to Rs 50,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet wagering and associated bonus balance will be removed automatically.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of the promotion. Where promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were credited. Transferring bonuses between accounts is prohibited.
• 877 Win reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus is being abused or exploited.
• Certain game types may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. PSL betting and main match-winner markets typically contribute 100%. In-play specials and some card game side bets may contribute at reduced rates. Check individual promotion pages for contribution rates.
• A player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Bonus Abuse

877 Win takes bonus integrity seriously. Using multiple accounts, exploiting errors in odds, placing opposing bets across accounts or any coordinated wagering activity designed to clear bonuses with minimal real risk constitutes bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is detected, 877 Win will void the bonus, remove associated winnings and may permanently close the accounts involved.

06Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

877 Win reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion. This includes bets placed on markets where an error in odds is apparent, bets placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting is not available for that market, and bets that exceed account-level stake limits. Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds will be voided and stakes returned.

Results and Settlement

All betting markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for PSL matches, this is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the official match referee. Results are settled within 30 minutes of the final result being declared. In-play bets already settled before a match is abandoned stand unless the market terms specify otherwise.

Abandoned and Postponed Matches

If a PSL or cricket match is abandoned before a result is possible, all pre-match bets on that fixture are voided and stakes returned. If a match is completed via DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method due to weather or other interruption, all pre-match and in-play bets that were not settled before the interruption are settled on the DLS result. Postponed fixtures are treated as voided unless rescheduled and played within 72 hours.

Maximum Payout

Maximum payout per bet is Rs 5,000,000. Maximum payout across all settled bets in a single 24-hour period for a single account is Rs 10,000,000. Bets that form part of a valid accumulator may be subject to different payout caps as stated on the bet slip at time of placement.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 877 Win and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and legal action where appropriate:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the same device, IP address or with matching personal details.
• Using automated bots, scripts or any software that interacts with 877 Win without human input.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, cheating software or any form of dishonesty.
• Exploiting errors in odds, game logic or platform functionality to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, fraud or money laundering.
• Using another person's payment account to fund your 877 Win balance without their explicit consent and proper documentation.
• Engaging in any conduct that threatens, harasses or abuses other players or 877 Win staff members.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or distribute any part of the 877 Win platform without written authorisation.
• Placing bets using inside information on events — including team selection leaks, pitch reports not publicly available or any information obtained through improper means.

08Account Suspension and Closure

Suspension by 877 Win

877 Win may suspend or close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation presents a regulatory, security or reputational risk to the platform. In cases of suspected fraud, 877 Win may freeze the account balance pending investigation. Investigations are typically completed within 14 business days.

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 877 Win account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining balance after the deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform support so that the appropriate self-exclusion records can be created.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has not been logged into for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. 877 Win will notify you by the contact details on file before applying a dormancy maintenance fee. The fee is Rs 200 per month, deducted from any remaining balance. When the balance reaches zero, the account is closed automatically. Reactivation requires identity verification.

09Responsible Gaming
